AdminFlow provides virtual administrative services for Canadian healthcare practices, including:

• Billing and invoicing support
• Practice management and optimization
• Growth support and consulting
• Custom administrative solutions

3. Service Agreement

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with the following terms:

• 30 days' notice required for service changes or cancellation
• Payment due monthly in advance
• Service levels as outlined in your specific service agreement
• Compliance with all applicable healthcare privacy regulations

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information necessary for service delivery
• Maintain current payment information and pay invoices on time
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations
• Provide necessary access to systems and platforms
• Communicate service needs and changes promptly

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

AdminFlow maintains strict confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with PHIPA, PIPEDA, and other applicable privacy regulations. All team members sign comprehensive confidentiality agreements before accessing client information.

6. Limitation of Liability

AdminFlow's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month where the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all confidential information will be returned or destroyed as requested.
