Psychology

More presence in session. Less admin after.

A welcoming first call. A carefully managed schedule. Fewer messages waiting at the end of the day. We support psychology practices with calls, inboxes and bookings in Jane, so there’s more room for the work you trained to do.

Built around your practice

Care for the details around the session.

Psychology practices are some of our favourite teams to work with. Whether you practise independently or run a group practice, we learn each psychologist’s services, appointment lengths and booking preferences. Your clients hear a voice that knows your practice, and you have less to explain twice.

01

A warm welcome for new inquiries

Reaching out can feel like a big step. We explain your intake process, fees and availability using the information you approve, and help prospective clients understand what happens next.

02

A schedule that respects how you work

From recurring therapy appointments to longer assessment bookings, we follow your rules in Jane. Session lengths, appointment types and the space you need between clients are part of the handover.

03

Thoughtful follow-up when plans change

We handle rescheduling, communicate your cancellation policy and follow up with your waitlist according to your instructions. You set the process; we keep the conversations moving.

04

Clear answers to everyday admin questions

We help with practical questions about booking, fees and appointment arrangements, and bring exceptions back to you. Invoice and payment follow-up support can be included in the scope we agree together.

A few questions from psychology practices.

Can you support both therapy and assessment bookings?

We learn the appointment types, lengths and booking steps your practice uses, including any approval needed before an assessment is scheduled. Decisions about clinical suitability stay with your psychologists.

How do you handle sensitive or urgent inquiries?

Before we start, we agree on your communication preferences, access permissions and escalation instructions. Our role is administrative. Clinical questions and urgent concerns follow the process you provide; our support does not replace clinical assessment or crisis services.

Will we need to change how we use Jane?

We work directly in your existing Jane account with the access you provide. We learn your booking preferences and workflows during onboarding, and agree any changes with you first.

Is this suitable for a solo psychologist or a group practice?

We can discuss support for either. We look at your team size, inquiry volume and the work you want to hand over, then confirm the plan, hours and responsibilities that fit your practice.
