Receptionist estimates use $21 per hour, with 20 hours per week for part-time and 37.5 for full-time, annualized over 52 weeks and divided by 12. The wage basis is Job Bank’s Canadian median for medical clinic receptionists, using Statistics Canada’s 2023-2024 Labour Force Survey data.
The rounded monthly estimates include allowances for vacation pay, employer CPP and EI contributions, and estimated workers’ compensation. Actual costs vary by province, wage and employment arrangements. Benefits, recruitment, training time and backup staffing are not included in these estimates.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your standard support plan with 30 days’ notice. Any separate commitment, including a referral offer, follows the terms you agree to.
Calls, inbox support, scheduling and patient inquiries from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Private and third-party billing are optional. We confirm time zone, scope and any additional services with you.
Dedicated includes everything in Shared, with phone coverage from the AdminFlow team, 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. On top of that, one named administrator spends 20 or 30 hours per week on your clinic’s other admin tasks, follow-ups and agreed workflows.
The standard block is $899 for 600 minutes. Prepaying for 3, 6 or 12 months can reduce the rate to as low as $1.25 per minute. We’ll confirm the applicable rate and terms before you purchase.
