Our services are designed to provide seamless support regardless of how many hours or days your practitioners are scheduled. We count part-time practitioners as half-time if they’re scheduled for 1-2.5 days per week, and full-time if scheduled for 3+ days per week. This way, we ensure every practice receives the right level of support at the right cost.

We never want you to feel overwhelmed. And we are confident you will love our services and never want us to part ways. That is why we offer month-to-month service with no long-term commitments or obligations. We only ask that you give us 30-days notice if you no longer need our services.

We take privacy and security very seriously. Our team follows strict confidentiality protocols and uses secure, encrypted platforms for communication and record management. We also comply with all applicable privacy regulations, including PIPEDA and PHIPA in Canada.
